If accepted a one-time onboarding fee of $499 secures your position in your limited territory in perpetuity.
Acceptance Process
Once you submit your application:
1.Reviewed within 24 hours by our internal team
2.You receive an email invitation for a brief interview call
3.If accepted, you receive:
Your approval
Your onboarding link
Your one-time payment link
A copy of the commission agreement
4.Your seat is secured once onboarding is complete
5.You will be notified when introductions begin based on territory, timing, and client fit (if you are not accepted, your refund will be made immediately).

Homebase uses a straightforward referral partnership. Lenders only pay when a Homebase-introduced client successfully closes a transaction.

When Homebase connects you with a client and that client closes a deal with you, the commission agreement applies.
