If accepted a one-time onboarding fee of $299 secures your position in your limited territory in perpetuity.
Once you submit your application:
1.Reviewed within 24 hours by our internal team
2.You receive an email invitation for a brief interview call
3.If accepted, you receive:
Your approval
Your onboarding link
Your one-time payment link
A copy of the commission agreement
4.Your seat is secured once onboarding is complete
5.You will be notified when introductions begin based on territory, timing, and client fit (if you are not accepted, your refund will be made immediately).
Acceptance Process

Homebase uses a straightforward referral partnership. Partners only pay when a Homebase-introduced client successfully closes a transaction.
Deeper value:
This structure protects you from upfront costs and low quality leads. Homebase does the heavy lifting before the client reaches you, including education, qualification, and expectation setting. You receive clients who already understand the value of working with a top lender, saving you time and increasing your close rate. -
When Homebase connects you with a client and that client closes a deal with you, the commission agreement applies.

You never pay for leads that do not convert. This keeps your pipeline clean and ensures every referral comes with context, interest, and intent. You only participate in the commission structure when the connection actually becomes revenue in your business. -
When a Homebase client closes a transaction with you, 30 percent of the gross commission is paid to Homebase, the first transaction also includes a rebait of your $299 activation fee.
